NOTICE OF MAKING AVAILABILITY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT, THE RELATED ATTACHMENTS AND THE NON-TECHNICAL SUMMARY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) PROCEDURE RELATING TO THE EX CASERMA MAMELI IMPLEMENTATION PLAN – VIALE SUZZANI N. 125, MILAN.

Pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 n. 152 and subsequent amendments, of the art. 6 of the Regional Law of 14 March 2003, and of the art. 4 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments.
PLEASE NOTE THAT
with reference to the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure relating to the documents of the Implementation Plan for the valorisation of the former Mameli Barracks, the Environmental Report, together with the documentation required pursuant to current legislation, are made available to the public through publication on the website SIVAS regional website and on the website of the Municipality of Milan, as well as deposited for free viewing at the municipal offices of:
- via Bernina n. 12, 3rd floor (Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area – Proceeding Authority)
- Piazza Duomo n. 21, 4th floor (Environment and Energy Area - Competent Authority)
from the 18 June 2019 to the 17 August 2019
with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 14.30pm to 15.30pm.
We also inform you that any observations, contributions and suggestions to the Environmental Report and the Non-Technical Summary must reach the Municipal Administration no later than the peremptory deadline of 12pm on 17 August 2019.
The submission of any observations or contributions must be made by email to the following PEC address:
planningtematicavalorizzazionearee@postacert.comune.milano.it
or, alternatively, deposited in duplicate on plain paper with the Protocol of:
- via Bernina n. 12, from Monday to Friday from 9 to 11.45;
- Piazza Duomo n. 21, 4th floor, Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm.
Any graphs produced to accompany the applications submitted in paper form must be attached to both copies of the same.
