Notice of filing and publication of the Adoption of the Variation to the Rules Plan of the current Territorial Government Plan (PGT)

Adoption of the Variation, pursuant to art. 13 of LR 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, to the Rules Plan of the current Territorial Governance Plan (PGT) having as its object the implementation of the "Variant to update the delimitation of the river bands of the excerpt Plan for the Hydrogeological Structure (PAI) of the Po river basin" of the Seveso torrent with the subsequent updating of the hazard and risk maps of floodable areas of the PGRA, the modification of the art. 45, paragraph 3, of the implementation rules of the Rules Plan and the reduction of the buffer zones of the watercourses of the minor water network within the Mind-post-Expo area.

The City Council, with Resolution no. 4/2023 of 23.01.2023, adopted the Variant to the Rules Plan relating to:

  • implement the "Variant to update the delimitation of the river bands of the excerpt plan for the hydrogeological structure (PAI) of the Po river basin" of the Seveso torrent and related update of the hazard and risk maps of floodable areas of the PGRA
  • modify the art. 45 paragraph 3 of the Rules Plan Implementation Rules
  • reduce the buffer zones of the watercourses of the minor water network within the Mind-post-Expo area

The documents of the Variation will also be filed in public viewing at the municipal offices of the General Urban Planning Area located in via Sile n. 8, 7th floor room 703, starting from 22.02.2023 until 24.03.2023, from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00.

Anyone can send it to the Municipal Administration observations to the aforementioned documents within 30 (thirty) days following filing and exactly from 24.03.2023 and no later than the peremptory deadline of 12:00 on 24.04.2023 with the following methods:

  • sending by certified email - PEC, to the address: amministrazionepgt@postacert.comune.milano.it
  • deposit in duplicate on plain paper at the Protocol Office in via Sile n. 8, 7th floor room 730, from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00.
