Notice of filing and publication of the documents concerning the adoption of the functional variant relating to UCP 2 of the 2008 Executive Plan within the Special Zone of PRG Z4 Bicocca

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR no. 12 of 11.03.2005

NOTICE

that the documents concerning the functional variant in question, adopted with resolution of the Municipal Council n.2296 of 21/12/2018, declared immediately executable, will be deposited for free viewing by the public in the Municipal Office Building in Via Bernina, 12 - Planning Area Theme and Enhancement of Areas – 3rd floor, starting from 14/01/2019 and until 28/01/2019 with the following timetable: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The documents cited will also be made available to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan:

Any observations on the project in question and any accompanying graphics must be produced in two copies on plain paper and must be presented - during opening hours to the public (Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 11.45 and Wednesday from 14.00 pm to 16.30 pm) - at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate – Via Bernina, 12, ground floor – or by PEC addressed to planningtematicavalorizzazionearee@postacert.comune.milano.it, with the indication in the subject of “Variant Observations UCP 2 Bicocca”, by 11.45 am on 12 February 2019.

This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline itself will not be taken into consideration.
