Notice of final approval and filing of the documents constituting the variant to the territorial government plan (PGT)
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 13, paragraph 11 of regional law 11 March 2005, n. 12 and subsequent amendments and additions
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
with City Council Resolution no. 100 of 19 December 2022, the correction of material errors/authentic rectification of the PGT documents was definitively approved.
The PGT documents, consequently amended, became effective from the date of publication of the notice on the BURL Series of Notices and Competitions n. 10 of 8 March 2023.
