COMMUNICATE

that, once the necessary preliminary checks have been carried out, the procedure will be concluded according to the times and methods set out in the art. 13 paragraph 14 bis of LR 12/2005 and subsequent amendments.

Any person, bearer of public or private interests, has the right to intervene in the procedure, no later than 31/08/2022, by viewing the documents attached to this notice.

We also inform you that the competent Directorate is the Urban Regeneration Directorate - General Urban Planning Area and the person responsible for the procedure is the architect. Simona Collarini.
