START OF THE PROCEDURE TO VERIFY SUBJECTABILITY TO THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSAL FOR AN INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM CONCERNING THE AREA LOCATED IN VIA MACCONAGO 24-36

THE AREA DIRECTOR

- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;

- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;

- having regard to law 17.8.1942, n. 1150 and subsequent amendments;

- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 for the Territorial Government, and the related implementation criteria;

- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/351 of 13.3.2007, as well as the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/10971 of 30.12.2009 and, the latter two, as subsequently modified and integrated by the resolution of the Regional Council n.9/761 of 10.11.2010;

MAKES YOU KNOWN

the start of the procedure for verifying eligibility for the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) in relation to the proposed Integrated Intervention Program concerning the area located in via Macconago 24-36, in compliance with managerial determination no. 1566/2019 of 02.07.2019.
