Initiation of the procedure, pursuant to art. 13 of LR 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, for the preparation of the proposal for a partial variation to the Service Plan and Rules Plan of the Territorial Government Plan in force, with consequent modification of all related documents, having as its object the definition of urban planning regulations for the area located in via Pozzuoli, identified in the land registry on sheet 69, maps 85, 193, 200 and 279, the modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis as an extension of the Paullese State Road and the modification of the perimeter of the Famagosta interchange and start of the related procedure verification of eligibility for strategic environmental assessment (SEA)

pursuant to art. 2 paragraph 5 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 “Law for Territorial Government” and subsequent amendments HAVING REGARD to the Territorial Government Plan, the variant of which was approved with City Council Resolution no. 34 of 14/10/2019, which became effective on 05/02/2020 following the publication of the notice of definitive approval of the plan on the BURL Notices and Competitions Series n.6;

MAKES YOU KNOWN

that with resolution no. 1870 of 15/12/2022, the Municipal Council approved the guidelines for starting the procedure, pursuant to art. 13 of LR 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, for the preparation of the proposal for a partial variation to the Service Plan and Rules Plan of the Territorial Government Plan in force, with consequent modification of all related documents, having as its object the definition of urban planning regulations for the area located in via Pozzuoli, identified in the land registry on sheet 69, maps 85, 193, 200 and 279, the modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis as an extension of the Paullese State Road and the modification of the perimeter of the Famagosta interchange and start of the related procedure verification of eligibility for strategic environmental assessment (SEA)

NOTICE

that the process of partial variation to the Service Plan and the Rules Plan of the current Territorial Government Plan (PGT) has been started, having as its object the definition of the urban planning regulations for the area located in via Pozzuoli, identified in the land registry on sheet 69 maps 85, 193, 200 and 279, the modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis as an extension of the Paullese State Road and the modification of the perimeter of the Famagosta interchange hub and the related procedure for verifying whether it is subject to the strategic environmental assessment ( SEA);

COMMUNICATE

that anyone who has an interest, also for the protection of widespread interests, can submit suggestions and proposals in this regard within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice. Suggestions and/or proposals, including any accompanying graphics, must be sent via certified email to the following address: PianazioneUrbanistica@postacert.comune.milano.it by February 3, 2023

This notice is published on the noticeboard, on the municipal website, on the BURL and in a national newspaper.
