Registry office. Four decentralized offices will be operational again from Monday 21 June

There will thus be ten offices open throughout the territory, extended hours for the central hall in via Larga - Updating city registers and strengthening services

Milan, June 16 2021 – Reopening of four decentralized registry offices and extended hours in the central office in via Larga, 12. The plan to reopen the city registry offices was presented to the council commission by the councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services Roberta Cocco.

From Monday 21 June the offices of Sansovino (Town Hall 3), Oglio (Town Hall 4), Stovani/Baggio (Town Hall 7) and Baldinucci (Town Hall 9) will be operational again, in addition to the offices currently open: the central hall in via Larga, the offices of Padua (Town Hall 2), Tibaldi (Town Hall 5), Roman Legions (Town Hall 6), Accursio (Town Hall 8), De Benedetti (Town Hall 9).

Each municipality will therefore have a regularly open registry office. Furthermore, in the months of June and July, the Central Hall in via Larga will remain open for extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 19pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 30pm. Starting today on the website of the Municipality of Milan it is possible to book appointments in the decentralized offices and during the extended opening hours of the central office.

During the council commission, research by Bocconi University was also presented, coordinated by Greta Nasi and financed by the US Embassy, ​​on the "Redesign of public services post-Covid", which highlighted a good level of citizen satisfaction for some of the services offered by the Municipality of Milan (CIE, Car Pass, Tari Payment).
