Milan, September 14 2021 – Starting today, in municipalities 2, 6, 7 and 8, the stations intended for electoral propaganda for the election of the Mayor and the Municipal Council are available to the eligible lists. Tomorrow, Wednesday 15 September, starting from 20 pm, the stations in municipalities 1, 3, 4, 5 and 9 will also be.

This was established by a decision from the Municipality of Milan which gives the go-ahead - in four of the nine municipalities - to the electoral posters by the 28 lists running for the next local elections.

The document from the Advertising and Land Employment Area explains how the number of lists filed (28) represents an exceptional and highly unpredictable increase both compared to the 'historical' reference value (14) and compared to the number of lists participating in the last municipal elections (17). Therefore, despite having prudently foreseen 24 spaces, it was necessary to increase the positions by immediately starting the intervention in the 170 locations identified.

With a decision published on Monday 13 September, the spaces intended for propaganda for the election of the President of the Municipality and the Municipal Councils were also assigned.
