Milan, September 25 2021 – There are approximately one million Milanese called to the polls for the next local elections on Sunday 3 and Monday 4 October and a possible run-off on Sunday 17 and Monday 18 October.

Added to the 986.972 voters resident in Milan are approximately 42.260 AIRE voters (Italians residing abroad who will not be able to cast their vote by post during the administrative elections but will have to return to Italy) for a total of 487.653 males and 541.579 females.

Approximately 60 thousand citizens who became adults after 5 June 2016 will vote for the first time in the local elections. The newly eighteen-year-olds who will vote for the first time ever, however, are 8.082, 3.847 females and 4.235 males.

In the section "Where I vote?” it is possible to check the polling station you belong to by entering your residence address and/or your electoral card number.

In case of loss or exhaustion of available spaces, it is possible to request a new electoral card in one of the registry offices or in the Electoral Office in via Messina 52.

The Electoral Office and the central hall in Via Larga 12 will be open from Monday 27 September to Friday 1 October from 8.30am to 19pm; Saturday 2 October from 8.30am to 20pm; Sunday 3 October from 7am to 23pm and Monday 4 October from 7am to 15pm. 

The decentralized registry offices (via Padova, 118 – Municipio 2, via Sansovino, 3 – Municipio 3, via Oglio, 18 – Municipio 4, viale Tibaldi, 41 and via Boifava, 17 – Municipio 5, viale Legioni Romane, 54 – Municipio 6 , piazzale Stovani, 3 – Town Hall 7, piazzale Accursio, 5, via Quarenghi, 21 – Town Hall 8, via Baldinucci, 76, Largo De Benedetti – Town Hall 9) will be open for the issuing of electoral cards and for the issuing of voter registration cards. identity Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd October from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 14pm to 17pm.
