I have respect for water

Milan, May 23 2022 – It starts from the Lombard capital H₂ORoad, the twelve-stage tour for the launch of the water saving awareness campaign promoted by the Ministry of Ecological Transition. Today and tomorrow Piazza della Scala will host the Infopoint where the citizens of Milan will be able to find useful advice and information for the correct use of the most important resource on the planet, water. After Milan H₂ORoad will continue its journey along the country, touching cities such as Turin, Venice, Bologna, Florence, Pescara, Rome, Naples, Bari, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Cagliari.

Each of the twelve stages aims to provide information, tools and propose concrete actions, for active participation in the construction of a national sustainable development model. In fact, in addition to the presence of the Infopoint H₂Thanks to the collaboration with the individual municipalities, ORoad is planning to organize an in-person technical workshop (which for the occasion took place this morning in the Sala Alessi in Palazzo Marino) reserved for institutional stakeholders, local water service managers, condominium administrators and consumer associations.

At the end of the tour, the Ministry will organize an in-depth seminar which will recount the journey through all the stages, reflections and needs that emerged during the listening campaign carried out by the Ministry, providing an updated picture of the awareness of Italian water consumption and the actions which will need to be undertaken at both local and national levels.
