Milan, June 21 2019 - The weather center of the Lombardy Region has issued a code yellow weather alert for the risk of strong thunderstorms starting from 16pm today, Friday 21 June, with a worsening of the situation towards the evening and in the following hours until tomorrow. For this reason, the Administration has arranged for the activation of the Municipal Operations Center (COC) in via Drago, starting today. The municipal Civil Protection will monitor the hydrometric levels of the Seveso and Lambro rivers and the radar to verify any exceeding of safety levels. In addition to the Municipality and Civil Protection, local police and MM water services take part in the COC.
