Knowledge Portal

Knowledge Portal

Portale dei Saperi, the platform that tells the story of the Corvetto district.

The Knowledge Portal is a digital platform created by the Italian Network of Popular Culture and tested since 2019 in Corvetto.

Born thanks to the Fondazione Cariplo Lacittàintorno program, within the framework of Luoghicomuni, curated by Labsus - Laboratory for subsidiarity, the Knowledge Portal represents an innovative tool capable of bringing out the experiential and cognitive capital of the local community, of valorising and sharing the knowledge, needs and aspirations of the inhabitants, transforming them into a lever for the birth of new and more effective relationships between people, associations, productive entities, public and private bodies, highlighting the possible concrete developments that can derive from them: from work to culture, from sport to social issues.

Intangible cultural heritage as a common good.

The agreement signed between the Municipality, associations and citizens concerns the shared care of the Knowledge Portal, which is thus recognized as an intangible digital common good that allows us to enhance the relationships and stories of the Corvetto neighborhood and strengthen the sense of community proximity.

This is the first collaboration agreement that considers intangible cultural heritage as a common good.

Commitment of the signatories

Taking care of local knowledge, historical memory and the intangible cultural heritage of the Corvetto district, through shared management, development and curation of the contents of the section dedicated to Corvetto of the Portal itself.
