San Mamete
Collaboration proposal
The proposal concerns the care and redevelopment of a state-owned area in via San Mamete 51. Strengthened by the expertise acquired in the care of green spaces with the "Real Giardino" agreement, the proponents aim to create in the area concerned:
- a well-defined space that will be used to place the grass clippings and flowers that will be transformed into compost;
- create a house for osmia bees.
- place a bat house.
- build a series of earthworm houses because these annelids are a great help in agriculture but are also considered food by almost all birds and other animals.
- build several flowerbeds with the greatest variety of plants and flowers trying to create a sensory journey based on colours, scents and the presence of aromatic plants.
