The free legal orientation service is aimed at citizens and businesses. It is provided by qualified professionals, selected by the Milan Bar Association.

- examination of the case and orientation on the "legal" path to take
- information on alternative tools to ordinary justice for the resolution of disputes

- information on access to Justice of the Peace services
- information on access to the services of the Volunteer Jurisdiction office
- information and consultancy on Business and Work, Youth and Family, Consumers, Mediation and Conciliation
- information relating to the services available at the Citizen's Desk of the Order of Milan
- indications and guidance on the issues of greatest social concern (gender violence, family abuse, new forms of slavery, stalking and minors)
- information on new computer crimes and orientation for family members of gamblers
- information and orientation on regional contributions for innocent arrears (eviction saving fund)
- information on phenomena of usury, extortion and current legislation
- information regarding condominium administration and mutual duties of condominiums within the condominium.
