The Multifunctional Aggregation Centers are aimed at aggregation, social participation and the carrying out of recreational, cultural, training and sporting activities accessible to all age groups.

They offer citizens the opportunity to experience their territory with greater confidence, organizing initiatives that encourage them to leave their homes and also their personal solitude.

The different needs can be satisfied both in projects aimed at individual user groups (children, adolescents, young adults, women and the elderly) and in projects aimed at promoting integration between different ages. Furthermore, infrastructural changes have been made to facilitate access for people with disabilities.

Parties and entertainment events in the neighborhoods are often held together with local organizations and associations not only for recreational purposes, but also to encourage the redevelopment of peripheral areas.
