Cultural, sporting, recreational and social initiatives

The Municipalities, as part of their institutional tasks, carry out initiatives, projects and events of a cultural, sporting, social and recreational nature aimed at citizens or specific categories of citizens residing in their territory.

The organization of these initiatives can arise from a project developed independently by the Municipality or from a proposal formulated by third parties: institutions, associations, etc. they can propose to the Municipality initiatives to be implemented through assignment or in collaboration following the adoption of a specific resolution.

In these cases, third parties will be invited to sign a contract and will directly assume the risks and responsibilities deriving from the execution of the initiative. Risks and responsibilities also concern compliance with administrative procedures and legal obligations, including - where applicable - social security, welfare and insurance coverage.
