Access to documents - Building practices
What documents can be requested?
It is possible to request access exclusively for the documents of the building practices of local jurisdiction, pursuant to art. 26, DIA, CIAL, CILA, presented from 1986 to 30 April 2020 and relating to the streets territorially included in the Municipality 3.
Is it possible to access other documents?

How to submit the request

1. Download the form provided on this page and fill it in in its entirety
2. pay the required fee
- fixed expense: the rate applied is equal to the cost of €50,00
- only in the event that the access request does not contain the details of the document which is the subject of the request itself or the elements which, with sufficient approximation, allow its identification, the fee applied is equal to €100,00
3. send the request following the methods indicated in the section Log in to the service
In the event of a positive outcome of the search, the delivery or sending of the document will take place exclusively following payment of the amount due.
