- Useful services

  • Register of Associations
    Non-profit organizations that exist and have been operating in the Municipality of Milan for at least one year can register. Registration in the Register gives the registered associations a series of rights and duties: in participation in tenders for the assignment of municipal spaces, registration in the register gives 1 advantage point; if you want to apply for a license to serve drinks, registration in the register is mandatory. The registered associations are obliged to present a report on the activities carried out by 30 June of each year.

- Spaces for associations, groups or individuals

There are public and private spaces in the Milan area that can be assigned by tender or request to individuals, groups or associations. 

 

- Assignment of spaces by the Municipality of Milan

The Municipal Administration promotes the assignment of municipal spaces through tenders and public notices. Some tenders concern the concession of spaces intended for the development of projects proposed by the vast Milanese associative world.

Temporary concession for use of spaces
The Municipality promotes and encourages the opening of its spaces at times that do not conflict with the activities provided.

  • Multipurpose spaces and school premises of the Municipalities of the Municipality of Milan
    For the temporary use of spaces for meetings and cultural activities it is possible to contact individuals Municipal Districts.
    Each Municipality has specific regulations for the leasing of spaces.
  • ChiAmaMilano Civic Store
    It offers many services free of charge and is proposed as a free space available to associations, committees or groups that need a space to meet, make themselves known or propose activities, projects, workshops, events.

  • Boscoincitta'
    It is a public park of the Municipality of Milan, created on the initiative of Italia Nostra, designed for meeting up with friends, for celebrating a graduation or birthday outdoors, for meetings of groups or associations, two paved areas and four large ones are available porches outside the farmhouse.
    The service was established to offer a free meeting space in the greenery where recreational, associative and educational activities can be carried out.

  • The Tartuca
    It is a social cooperative that has created a recreational center, where it offers spaces and opportunities to rediscover free time.

Contributions from the Municipality of Milan to organizations and associations
The Municipality of Milan grants contributions to various bodies and associations for the implementation of non-profit activities. The contributions, assigned via tender, can be of two types: for continuous activities and for occasional activities.
