Crime Victims Space
A service of the Municipality of Milan for welcoming and listening to people who are victims of crime. From welcome to first listening, from psychological support to orientation, to accompaniment to specialist services present in the area (from anti-violence centers to shelters), up to information on rights: here are the services offered, free of charge and confidentially , to all citizens who have suffered any type of crime. 
The space is located on the ground floor of the Palace of Justice and is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 15pm to 17pm; on Mondays, between 10am and 14pm, the psychological support service is active. It is also possible to make an appointment by calling the toll-free number 800.667.733 or by writing to futuroin@comune.milano.it
 

Milan Helps
To give concrete help to citizens in this period of emergency, the Municipality of Milan has activated a network with the contribution of the world of volunteering, companies and private social workers. On the site you will find information on how to receive assistance, shopping vouchers, psychological helpdesk but also how to live this moment with suggestions and stimuli from the cultural and recreational world.


Telephone help desk: Milan Help
Free telephone help desk, managed by CIPM, (Italian Center for the Promotion of Mediation). Specialized professionals and a multidisciplinary team operate, which can be accessed via 020202 from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 30pm.
Anxieties and fears can translate into harmful and harmful attitudes and this is why it is important to have the support and guidance of experts, who help to escape emotional isolation and feel more protected.


Naga Association
“An association does concrete things, we are neither a party nor a union and we must not replace missing pieces of state… Volunteering must find new recipes, cover gray areas, experiment, practice and shed light on hidden phenomena…” Italo Siena, founder of Naga. The 400 Naga volunteers guarantee free health, legal and social assistance to irregular and non-illegal foreign citizens, Roma, Sinti, asylum seekers, refugees and victims of torture.
The activities are divided into: Social and Health Area; Legal and Social Area; Refugees and asylum seekers and Research and documents.
Each focuses on specific needs and together they guarantee listening, care and protection to foreign citizens.

Fighting gender-based violence
The Municipality of Milan has activated a collaboration with associations to support women victims of violence through the offer of services: welcome and listening, social care, hospitality in sheltered homes, job orientation, legal orientation and assistance, psychological support , healthcare and where necessary hospitalisation.

Protection of victims of trafficking
Trafficking is the exploitation of human beings who, kidnapped or lured into their country of origin, are then reduced to slavery and forced to perform work or sexual services.
The Municipality of Milan has activated a service that offers protection and emergency assistance, hospitality in protected structures and a series of interventions aimed at social reintegration.

Help for people with autism
L'Ortica, an association for social promotion and family solidarity, offers a free listening desk and psychological support aimed at autistic people and their families, to combat the problems that characterize this health emergency and face together the isolation and inability to find appropriate solutions.

The intercultural association, ArciTodoCambia offers a telephone consultancy service in Italian, English, French and Spanish on the issuing and renewal of the residence permit, family reunification and cohesion, EC permit for long-term residents, citizenship, and other aspects of interest for foreign people.
