Space concession

The Gallery of Modern Art does not provide concessions for the use of its premises for private activities. Requests such as: possibility of organizing conventions, weddings, corporate events will not receive a reply.

The spaces of the Gallery of Modern Art are not "income spaces". The premises of the Gallery of Modern Art are used only for institutional activities, which are part of the cultural programming of the Gallery itself and of the Municipality of Milan. Spaces can exceptionally be granted only in exchange for economic or technical sponsorships, for which it is necessary to view the specific notices on the website of the Municipality of Milan (Online services, notices and urban planning publications, open tenders, notices, details of initiatives).

For the use of Ballroom or of Hall of Parnassus for conferences, book presentations, conferences you can contact the Management to propose your project. If it is judged to be of interest and relevant to the themes and activities of the Museum, a date can be agreed for the possible inspection and for the event. The request can be made by filling out the attached form (pdf) and sending it to the e-mail address c.gam@comune.milano.it 30 days before the event date.

In this regard, it should be noted that the Ballroom has one maximum capacity of 80 seats to sit and the Parnassus Hall one maximum capacity of 40 seats to sit.

The Gallery of Modern Art cannot be used as a location for advertising.

It is possible to carry out photo shoots, video and film shoots only if the museum is an integral part of a project that highlights its cultural role. For this type of use of the space, which must in any case be compatible with the life of the museum and the opening hours, the drafting and approval of a project is required which highlights the role of the museum in the filming.
