Municipality 2, in collaboration with the Urban Security Directorate - Integrated Security and Civil Protection Area - Security Projects Unit, organizes the self-defense course aimed at women divided into 7 meetings, of which 6 lessons in the gym with the masters of the Corps School Local Police (qualified to teach martial arts) and the latest theory with the Women and Minors Protection Unit.

The lessons will be dedicated to knowing and preventing dangerous situations with the acquisition of greater self-confidence, and will be divided into two phases: 

1. physical preparation for the improvement of the participants' motor skills, and the strengthening of strength, resistance and speed;
2. the teaching of defense techniques and ability to control the attacker. 

The course will be held in the spaces of CAM PADOVA, above the Registry Hall, on a weekly basis.

Free participation and insurance coverage offered by the Municipality of Milan. Maximum number of 15/17 participants.
