Spaces for meetings and events

Some spaces in the Town Hall are available to citizens, associations and sports clubs for short-term meetings and events.

Request

The methods of submitting applications and the timing vary depending on the types of spaces to be used:

1. CAM rooms:

  • Submit the documentation at least 20 days before the requested date, subject to verification of space availability;
  • Download and fill in the form attaching the additional documentation requested;
  • the issuing of the concession and the collection of the fee are the responsibility of the Multipurpose Spaces Office.

2. School premises:

  • Municipality 1 publishes, through a public notice, the list of available spaces and makes the classrooms and gyms of municipal schools available to citizens, associations or sports clubs who request them.
  • school premises can only be used outside of school hours, even for extended periods of time;
  • the issuing of the concession and the collection of the fee are the responsibility of the School Premises Office.

  • CAM Sun warmer
  • CAM Romana-Vigentina
  • classrooms and gyms of municipal schools only during extracurricular hours (exclusively through specific public notice)
