Buskers

The Regulation regulates two distinct categories of buskers:

The “street artistic expressions”, (jugglers, clowns, acrobats, tightrope walkers, contortionists, storytellers, street actors, living statues, mimes, fakirs, fire eaters, puppeteers, dancers, musicians, street bands, madonnari, dream-painters, etc. ) which do not include requests for compensation, but only any “hat” offers

"street artistic crafts” (e.g. portrait artists, painters, sculptors, esotericists, make-up artists, etc. ) who instead ask for a specific fee for the creation and sale of their works or for impromptu performances of an artistic-expressive nature. For this category of activities, which has a modest commercial impact, the payment of the public land occupation tax (COSAP) is expected in the minimum amount foreseen among the initiatives declared of civic interest by the Municipal Council (multiplier coefficient of the fee of 0,2% )

Reservations on the Stradarte platform have reopened.
