Territorial tables of the Municipality 9

Municipality 9 has created four territorial tables: 

  • Territorial table of Municipality 9 for Social and Neighborhood Policies
  • Territorial table of Municipality 9 for Cultural Welfare
  • Territorial table of Municipality 9 for Sport
  • Territorial table of Municipality 9 for the School.

The territorial tables of Municipality 9 established by the Council of Municipality 9 have a double value:

  • they are a tool for analyzing the needs of the citizens of the Municipality
  • they serve to network existing resources, in order to activate concrete solutions to the needs of the territory.

The Tables are made up of subjects operating in the area, local political representation and administrative offices.

More precisely, the following can participate in the Tables:

  • associations, committees, cooperatives, foundations, companies that operate in the social sector in the municipal territory. It is possible to participate in the Roundtables not as a member but as an auditor: in this case the right to vote is not exercised during the election of the President and the Secretary of the Roundtable
  • citizens as listeners
  • Plenary Assembly (made up of all members), President (elected by majority among members), Secretary (elected by majority among members), coordinator (by right the Councilor with responsibility for social policies)
  • President of the Municipality, Councilor responsible for the subject, President of the Municipal Council, President of the Council Commission n. 4 Social Policies, Wellbeing and Mental Health, Families, Rights of People with Disabilities, CDD, CSRC
  • Municipal councillors.

To acquire the qualification of member of the territorial tables, you can sign the membership forms available in the section “Forms”.

It will be necessary to specify your profile among those provided and commit to respecting the aims, objectives and working method of the Table.
