How to communicate with the Municipality 9

Milan 4 July 2022 - Access to Town Hall 9 it is only possible by making a telephone reservation at the telephone number: 02.884.58777 (from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 15:30).

Citizens are invited to consult the section dedicated to Municipality 9 of portal of the Municipality of Milan where the methods for submitting applications are described and the forms can be downloaded.
 
Requests for information and forwarding of Cil building practices, events, markets can be sent to the box PEC: comune9@pec.comune.milano.it.
 
The instances of blameless arrears can be sent to the email inbox: M.Municipio9MorositaIncolpevole@comune.milano.it.
 
For information about concessions of multi-purpose spaces or school premises, you can contact the email address: m.municipio9erogazserv@comune.milano.it.
 
To applications sent via email it is necessary to attach a scan of the signatory's identity card, in case the document is not digitally signed.
 
The Town Hall Councils are held in person while the Council Commissions continue to be via videoconference.
 
Interested citizens who wanted attend the sessions they can send an email to M.Municipio9@comune.milano.it with request for invitation to sessions.
 
The same mailbox can be used by citizens for contact the Town Hall 9 for questions or clarifications on the activity it carries out in the provision of services or for the activity of political bodies.
