Milan 6 March 2024 – The critical issues must concern: maintenance of roads and signs, furniture and urban decoration. 

The information will subsequently be sent to the technical offices of the Municipality of Milan, responsible for managing the intervention.

The correct procedure for reporting is as follows:

sending to the address M.Municipio9@comune.milano.it (it is not certified e-mail) of a simple email containing:

• description of the problem in detail (for example, pothole in the road surface); 
• corresponding address (precise street and house number) (for example, hole in the road surface in via Ornato 4);
• one or more photos in jpeg format (not pdf), which portray the problem and the urban context in which it is located in order to allow the location to be precisely identified and intervene more quickly (for example, the photo portrays the hole in the roof road in via Ornato 4 and the immediate vicinity).
