Building practices
In the Municipalities it is possible to present:
- Communication Start of Work – CIL
- relating to works aimed at satisfying contingent and temporary needs to be removed within 180 days that are located in Municipality 6 (regulatory references Presidential Decree 380/01, art. 6 paragraph 1, letter e-bis)
- End of Work Communications
- for CILA and any variations presented at the offices of Municipality 6 by 30 April 2020
- all other CILAs must be declared concluded through the same channel used for the presentation (SUE, OnlyOne, Impresa in una giorno).
However, the certified report of usability (SCIA for usability - regulatory references Presidential Decree 380/01, art. 24), which is presented as indicated on the page, does not fall within the municipal competence. Method of presentation of qualifications/communications.
