REDEVELOPMENT WORKS ON THE BISCEGLIE M1 NODE HAVE STARTED

Work on the redevelopment of the Bisceglie M1 interchange began last week.

The platforms of the bus terminals will be redone, making them fully accessible and increasing their length to guarantee greater bus parking capacity. A new row of trees will be planted along the area which is currently entirely paved and a two-way cycle path will be created which will allow a direct and safe connection with the Legioni Romane/Bern/Zurich cycle path and the new Calchi Taeggi cycle path.

Following this construction site, the new velostation will be built, one of the 6 new velostations financed with the "Mobility4Mi" project.

Thanks to this intervention, Bisceglie will become an important interchange hub also for sustainable mobility.

During the works the bus lines will never be modified. Pay attention only to the possible movement of the stop along the platforms to allow for paving works (specific communications will be made on site directly by ATM)

Work completion in spring 2024
