Condominium counter

It is a free service, in collaboration with ANACI - National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Administrators, aimed at those who want information and insights dedicated to condominium issues and in particular to:

  • management and administration of the condominium
  • mutual duties of condominiums to create living conditions within the condominium/property of mutual respect and tolerance
  • rentals, condominiums, timeshares
  • banking and insurance matters relating to the condominium current account and the global buildings policy
  • energy efficiency of buildings
  • information on separate waste collection
  • plant safety
  • crime prevention in the residential context
  • information on the advantages offered by the Social Rental Agency – Milan Abitare for the benefit of owners and tenants intending to stipulate a rental contract with an agreed fee
  • information on projects and tenders from the Municipality of Milan which condominium owners may be interested in.

To access you must book an appointment at your Town Hall.

The service at Municipality 3 takes place by appointment as a telephone consultation or remotely on the online platform Microsoft Teams
opening hours: appointments are held every 15 days, on Mondays, from 14pm to 30pm
