Contributions for guiltless arrears of tenants
Families who have not been able to pay the rent due to the loss or a significant reduction in their earning capacity can access a contribution made available by the Lombardy Region.
To obtain the contribution it is necessary to submit an application which will be evaluated in order to identify the defaulting tenants who meet the requirements and are innocent, according to the criteria defined by the legislative regulations reported in the notice.
It is possible to submit the application even in the event of an eviction notice that has not yet been validated.

The deadline for submitting the application is from January 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The application, duly completed and signed by the applicant, must be sent to their municipality of residence.
Applications sent outside this period and following methods other than those indicated will not be taken into consideration.

Complete - with handwritten signature - the forms in the section Attachments of the notice and send it together with:
• copy of the identity card
• all the documentation indicated in the public notice.
