Open to citizens of any age and origin, the Center creates and proposes both initiatives aimed at individual user groups (children, adolescents, young adults, women and the elderly), and projects that promote integration between different generations.
Parties and entertainment events in the neighborhoods are often held together with local organizations and associations with recreational purposes but also to encourage the redevelopment of the municipalities.
Access is also guaranteed for disabled people.
