Forms are available for collecting signatures relating to the following referendums and popular initiative bills:
- Procedure e tempi per l'Assistenza Sanitaria Regionale al suicidio medicalmente assistito, ai sensi e per effetto della sentenza n. 242/19 della Corte Costituzionale;
- Provisions for the protection of the soil: amendments to Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152;
- Reform of Title V of the Constitution regarding energy;
- Fight against poverty and reform of social benefits;
- Dry, direct and universal compensation between trade credits with the PA and debts with the tax authorities;
- Decriminalization of prostitution and recognition of sex work;
- Reproductive health measures;
- Introduzione del comma 1-bis nell’art. 14 Legge 22 maggio 1978, n. 194, contenente "Norme per la tutela sociale della maternità e sull'interruzione volontaria della gravidanza": «comma 1-bis. Il medico che effettua la visita che precede l'interruzione volontaria di gravidanza ai sensi della presente legge, è obbligato a far vedere, tramite esami strumentali, alla donna intenzionata ad abortire, il nascituro che porta nel grembo e a farle ascoltare il battito cardiaco dello stesso».
