Milan, June 05 2023 - Forms available for collecting signatures relating to the following referendums and popular initiative bills:

• Repeal of art. 1, paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree 502/1992 (Reorganization of healthcare regulations, pursuant to art. 1 of law 23 October 1992, no. 421, limited to the words "and private individuals and private structures accredited by the NHS) - expiry . 21.07.2023;
• Repeal of art. 1 of the Legislative Decree 2/12/2022, n. 185 (Urgent provisions for the extension of the authorization for the transfer of military vehicles, materials and equipment to the Government Authorities of Ukraine) - exp. 21.07.2023;
• Repeal of art. 19 Ter – coordination and transitional provisions Criminal Code (Special laws relating to animals) - expiry. 20.06.2023;
• Repeal of article 842 of the Civil Code, approved with Royal Decree no. 16 of 1942 March 262, 1st and 2nd paragraphs - expiry. 20.06.2023;
• Partial repeal of the art. 1, paragraph 6, letter. a), law 9 July 1990”, n. 185. New rules on the control of the export, import and transit of military materials) and subsequent amendments - expiry. 15.07.2023;
• Amendment of article 116 paragraph 3 of the Constitution, concerning the recognition of particular forms and conditions of autonomy to the Regions, and of art. 117, paragraphs 1-2-3, with the introduction of a supremacy clause of state law, and the transfer of some matters of concurrent legislative power to the exclusive legislative power of the State;
• Abolition of hunting.
