Milan, August 14 2023 - Forms available for collecting signatures relating to the following referendums and popular initiative bills:

  • Official Journal no. 83 of 7 April 2023 (23A02230) - Repeal of art. 842 of the Civil Code, approved with Royal Decree of 16 March 1942 n. 262, 1st and 2nd paragraphs, limited to: "Hunting and" heading:
    - "The owner of a land cannot prevent entry for the purpose of hunting, unless the land is closed in the manner established by the law on hunting or there are crops in place which are susceptible to damage";
    - "He can always object to anyone who does not have a license issued by the authority."
  • Official Journal no. 83 of 7 April 2023 (23A02231) - Repeal of art. 19 ter "Coordination and transitional provisions of the penal code (special laws regarding animals and transitional laws of the penal code, Royal Decree of 28 May 1931, no. 601, introduced by art. 3 of law of 20 July 2004, no. 189 “Regulations for the protection of wild fauna and for hunting", limited to the following words: "hunting" and "as well as other special laws relating to animals".
  • Official Gazette SG n. 111 of 13 May 2023 - Amendments to articles. 32 (Prohibition of compulsory health treatments), 75 (Easier popular referendum) and 135 (Direct election of Judges of the Constitutional Court) of the Constitution and the Constitutional Law of 25 May 1970, n. 352.
  • Official Journal no. 114 of 17 May 2023 - “Introduction of paragraph 1-bis into the art. 14 Law 22 May 1978, n. 194, containing "Regulations for the social protection of maternity and on the voluntary termination of pregnancy": «paragraph 1-bis. The doctor who carries out the examination preceding the voluntary termination of pregnancy pursuant to this law is obliged to show, through instrumental tests, to the woman intending to have an abortion, the unborn child she is carrying in her womb and to have her listen to its heartbeat. ».
  • Amendment of article 116 paragraph 3 of the Constitution, concerning the recognition of particular forms and conditions of autonomy to the Regions, and of art. 117, paragraphs 1-2-3, with the introduction of a supremacy clause of state law, and the transfer of some matters of concurrent legislative power to the exclusive legislative power of the State.
