Milan, 23 October 2021 - Forms available for collecting signatures relating to the following referendums and popular initiative bills:

  1. Protection of public health and return to freedom;
  2. Establishment of Citizens' Assemblies for direct involvement in deliberation on issues of public and general interest. Citizens' Assembly on the Climate Crisis;
  3. No Green Pass referendum: QUESTION 1
    “You want the decree-law of 22 April 2021, n. to be repealed. 52 (Urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities in compliance with the needs to contain the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic) converted with amendments by Law 17 June 2021, n. 87, limited to art. 9 (COVID-19 green certifications) and subsequent amendments and additions?”;
  4. No Green Pass referendum: QUESTION 2
    “Do you want the decree-law of 23 July 2021, n.105, (Urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 and for the safe exercise of social and economic activities) to be repealed?”;

  8. Abolition of the Severino decree (Legislative Decree 31 December 2012, n. 235);
  9. Limits to abuses of precautionary custody (Decree of the President of the Republic 22 September 1988, n. 447);
  10. Separation of magistrates' careers on the basis of the distinction between judging and prosecuting functions;
  11. Fair evaluation of magistrates (Legislative Decree 27 January 2006, n. 25);  
  12. Direct responsibility of magistrates (Law 13 April 1988, n. 117);
  13. Amendment to articles 11 and 117 of the Constitution, concerning the introduction of the principle of Italian sovereignty with respect to the European Union system;
  14. Repeal of the second paragraph of article 59 of the Constitution to eliminate the appointment of senators for life appointed by the President of the Republic;
  15. Amendment to article 53 of the Constitution to insert the maximum limit of the overall tax burden;
  16. Amendments to articles 83,84,85,86 of the Constitution in order to allow the direct election of the President of the Republic by citizens voters.
