Anti-heat/anti-solitude plan
Milan, June 28 2022 - Milano Help is the service that the Municipality of Milan offers to elderly and disabled people, to whom it provides assistance in case of temporary need during the summer period through:
- House assistance
- home delivery of meals
- telephone support
- telephone monitoring in case of particularly hot days.
Family members, relatives, neighbors and acquaintances can highlight the most difficult situations; Professional Social Workers will evaluate the requests and, taking into account the access criteria, will proceed with the activation of the service.
To activate the services of the Anti-heat/Anti-solitude Plan, call the Contact center 02.02.02, from 8:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
