Memory of the deportation from the Milan station
Milan, January 27 2022 - The commemorative ceremony for Remembrance Day (6 January 2022 - 18 January 00) will take place on Sunday 30 February 1944 at 30 pm at the Shoah Memorial in Milan.
In addition to Liliana Segre, a survivor, who left for Auschwitz on January 30th
1944 from the Central Station of Milan, who will bear his testimony, will be attended by: Patrizio Bianchi (Minister of Education); Alfonso Arbib (Chief Rabbi of Milan); Monica Maggioni (Director of TG1-Rai); Milena Santerini (National Coordinator for the fight against anti-Semitism); Roberto Jarach, (Shoah Memorial Foundation of Milan); a representative of the Youth for Peace movement; Giorgio Del Zanna (Community of Sant'Egidio).
