Long life!
Milan, May 08 2023 - For three afternoons, two in May and one in June, we will talk about active aging in the meetings organized by Proges Social Cooperative with the patronage of Municipality 2, at the Auditorium Adriano Community Center in via Adriano 107.
More precisely, these are the following meetings and workshops:

- practical exercises laboratory; - Friday 26 May from 16pm to 30pm
- Alessandro Fusaro “Points to chat with friends”
- workshop to train conversation; - Friday 16 June from 16pm to 30pm
- Simona Garlatti “Don't miss the appointment”
- workshop on the 10 pillars for an efficient brain.
