On the occasion of Liberation Day which is celebrated on April 25th each year, Municipality 2 organizes a series of initiatives, in collaboration with the section ANPI 10 August 1944 and together with the associations and institutes covering the municipal territory.

The events will be dedicated in particular to the eightieth anniversary of the strikes of the spring of 1944, which significantly affected the territory of Municipality 2 due to the presence of many factories.

This is the program:

• Wednesday 17 April at 18pm - OffCampus, inside the market in via Crespi: presentation of the book "Ebrrrrea - A baby story", written by Adriana Giussani Kleinefeld;
• Saturday 20 April at 14pm - usual round of laying wreaths on the tombstones of the partisans in charge of the section;
• Sunday 21 April at 11:00 - Feltre pavilion, inside the Trotter park: shared readings themed "Resistances past and present", with a final convivial moment;
• Tuesday 23 April at 18pm - former small church in Trotter park: presentation of the book "La linea Gustav" by Nino Iacovella;
• Thursday 25 April at 10am: memory of the Marincola partisan at the Trotter park and Commemoration of 30 martyrs in Piazzale Loreto. At 15 pm national procession.
