The market of the grove
Milan 03 May 2022 - The Amici della Martesana-Greco association and the Proletarian Unity Family Club are organizing a day of celebration on Sunday 8 maggio 2022 in viale Monza/via Bertelli dalle ore 09:00 alle 20:00, to promote and protect the Naviglio Piccolo and its context, one of the most important works of Renaissance engineering.
A photographic exhibition will be set up in the internal courtyard of the club in viale Monza 140, to document the evolution of the Naviglio in recent decades.
Along the sidewalk overlooking the Naviglio there will be a flea market selling second-hand and zero-kilometer organic products, an activity that took place on the banks where the boats of farmers and artisans moored, coming from the Martesana territories to sell their products.
