- "Train Minds for the Future" laboratory (realized in collaboration with Mission Children e
aimed at boys and girls aged between 17 and 30 who do not study or work). 
Mission Bambini's coaching experts will help you understand what your talents and skills are and what is the best way to deploy them in building your growth path.
The route includes six meetings, four of which last three hours each from 14.30 pm to 17.30 pm and two of 4 hours from 9.30 am to 13.30 pm.
The meetings alternate in person and online.

- Workshop "Build the right job for you!" (created in collaboration withAssociationPiano C ).
It is aimed at young women and men interested in developing their own professional project that meets the current needs of the job market. Trainers expert in the proprietary method "WorkDesign” will support you through the use of innovative activities with a laboratory approach, to help you understand where you are in your journey, define the next steps and understand which tools may be suitable for working on your own professional or entrepreneurial project. The accompaniment consists of 5 face-to-face meetings in the morning and on a weekly basis for a total duration of 14 hours. The time period included is approximately one and a half months.

The counseling interview with a qualified expert has the aim of helping to develop and enhance young people's personal abilities and to identify individual predispositions and talents for a correct and positive job search action. It is useful for: students, recent high school graduates, new graduates and young people looking for employment who have difficulty entering the world of work and defining a professional objective.

- "Job offer search" desk (created in collaboration withALA Milan Onlus Association).
If you have already clearly identified the profession you wish to carry out and prepared an effective CV, the job search can begin. An operator from the ALA association will support you in your search using targeted methods and tools.

- "Young entrepreneurs" help desk (created in collaboration with Formaper)
Support desk for young people aged between 18 and 35 who, individually or together with other young people, want to develop a business idea, including in the innovative field, and/or intend to start a start-up (even in the form of a micro - company or association). The desk also provides advice on possible alternatives in the corporate form and related procedures (technical, legal and contractual information necessary to comply with obligations.
