Youth Guarantee in the Lombardy Region
European Union program which aims to encourage the inclusion of young people in the world of work through education, training and job support.

- Who can join the program
Young people aged between 15 and 29 years of age (up to the age of 30), resident in Italy, EU citizens or non-EU foreigners, legally resident, who are not engaged in a work activity or enrolled in a course scholastic or training.

- How to join
enter the Program requires registration on the portal MyANPAL. It will then be possible to access the measures provided by the program.

CAUTION!! - In order to benefit from the services for entering the job market, the unemployed person must do the DID online (Declaration of immediate availability). The DID is provided exclusively in electronic form (no paper forms need to be filled out).

Single Work Endowment IV phase and Gol Program in the Lombardy Region: the first transitional phase begins.

Single Endowment Work Fourth phase is ainitiative of the Lombardy Region which aims to promote employment through employment services and training activities.

- Who is it aimed at?

• Unemployed unemployed, resident and/or domiciled in Lombardy, at least 30 years of age and also Naspi recipients for no more than 4 months;
• Occupations suspended, in the presence of crisis, corporate reorganization or cessation in production/operational units located in Lombardy, which are recipients of a social safety net through the Extraordinary Redundancy Fund (CIGS), within the institutions of Solidarity Funds and/or Agreements/ Contracts/Solidarity allowance as regulated by Legislative Decree no. 148/2015;
• Employed members of the police force, residents and/or domiciled in Lombardy, subject to authorization issued by their relevant regional Command/Police Headquarters/Superintendent;
• Enrolled in a first and second level university master's degree residents and/or domiciled in Lombardy.

- How to log in

The person who meets the requirements for access to Dote Unica Lavoro can contact the public or private operators accredited with the Lombardy Region for the provision of employment services who have joined the initiative.
The operator defines the Personalized Intervention Plan with the person taken in charge, containing the training and work services (basic and specialist orientation, support in finding work, starting training activities for the purposes of professional qualification and requalification, self-employment and self-entrepreneurship, internship).
