Milan, November 23 2023 - I Consigli di Municipio dei Ragazzi e delle Ragazze sono ormai una istituzione a Milano dopo oltre dieci anni di vita. 
They represent a unique experience in Italy in terms of size, complexity and duration over time.

Over the years, many innovations have been experimented with respect to the functioning as well as evidently the work objects to which girls, boys, girls and adults (both teachers and political and technical representatives of the municipal administrations and the Municipality of Milan) have dedicated themselves. 

Il seminario, organizzato da ABCittà (ente gestore di ConsigliaMi), intende comporre la visione di questo importante organo delle amministrazioni locali dal punto di vista politico. 

How do adult administrators concretely deal with the thoughts of boys and girls? How do these thoughts affect the political commitment of administrators? How can small transformations be developed thanks to the joint work of adults and children? What are the most suitable tools, languages ​​and working methods to give maximum effectiveness to the life and operations of this local administration body? 

These are the many questions that the seminar intends to address starting from concrete experiences, reflections, daily work, also with comparison with Italian and European realities.
