The CSA Petrarca Onlus Committee for the Protection of the Environment and Culture was founded in 2012 by a group of citizens for the defense of the historical-environmental heritage of the area west of Milan, carrying out various activities, from the publication of a book ("Milan Expo 2015 for Petrarca") , to conferences on various historical themes ("Milan in the Age of the Edict", "The Templars" and "San Bernardo, Petrarca and the Faithful of Love"), to guided tours in the Lower Milanese area (Garegnano, Chiaravalle and Morimondo) and more, up to the great conference on "Francesco Petrarca, pioneer of modern tourism" at Palazzo Touring.
