L'eco di Petrarca - Concerto for harp and flute
Milan, 7 November 2022 - In collaboration with Lucia Martinelli's "Musica nell'aria" Association and with the patronage of Municipality 7, Saturday 12 November 2022 at 16pm, Villa Linterno del Petrarca welcomes for the first time a highly prestigious musical event, "The echo of Petrarca - Concerto for harp and flute" a journey between opera arias, such as Verdi's compositions, and classic pieces of popular culture, such as those handed down to us from the Celtic tradition.
In an evocative atmosphere, which the Petrarchian residence punctually transmits in every event of significant cultural value, this concert promises to have a strong emotional impact.
The presentation will be by Massimo de Rigo, President of CSA Petrarca Onlus. The musicians Manuel Zito (harp) and Paolo Bove (flute) will lead us on this fascinating itinerary, at the end of which Laura Viganò will read, with her unmistakable style, one of Petrarca's most famous sonnets: "Solo et pensiso" (Canzoniere, 35).
