Party under the mulberry tree

In June we usually organize a party known as "Baby Bottle Festival", which this year will have the title "PARTY UNDER THE MULBERRY TREE SUMMER 2022” a small change in the name that reflects our current sensibilities. In fact, we want to give ever greater emphasis and scope to many other important activities to support the well-being of women and children, together with those closely linked to food because attention to nutrition remains one of the constants of our commitment.
Last year we used for the first time the image of the mulberry tree growing in our reception facility, La Corte, because it represents the tree of wisdom, rich in history, hope and future and symbolizes all life paths who have already met at CAV Ambrosiano and all those who will meet, thanks to the support of all those who want to share our activities. The mulberry tree represents for us a safe "nest" where women and their children can find the time and strength to start flying again.
The party will take place on Sunday 19 June 2022, starting from 11 am in the courtyard of via II Giugno, once again in person: there will be nice workshops for children and a charity market with books and games for children and musical entertainment. We would also like to dedicate all the time necessary for a greeting and a chat with you: being able to meet you is the part of our business that we have missed most in the last two years!
With our beneficial markets and our "Toys for food" project, the CAV intends to promote a creative use of surplus and spread a culture of recycling, against waste.
The Festa sotto il Gelso is organized by CAV Ambrosiano, which since the 80s has been close to pregnant women and minors in difficulty through various services and with a personalized project. The party, dedicated to children, has the aim of making the citizens aware of the activities of the CAV Ambrosiano, thanks also to the patronage of Municipality 7, and of raising public awareness of solidarity.
