La Carlo Perini Foundation, during the centenary of the aggregation in Milan of the Municipalities of Affori, Niguarda, Greco, Gorla-Precotto, Baggio, Musocco, Trenno, Vigentino, Chiaravalle M.se, Crescenzago, Lambrate, which took place in 1923, began a process of strengthening identity of the suburbs to enhance the memory of the main places of historical, cultural and artistic importance of the city of Milan.
