MILAN IS MEMORY. Friday 11 November 2022, on the 12th anniversary of his tragic death, Milan remembers Luca Massari.
Through the unveiling of the plaque, located in the small garden between Via Ghini and Largo Caccia Dominioni, the City of Milan intends to commemorate the taxi driver who died after a month of agony, following a violent attack and to strongly condemn, through the message that accompanies the memory of Luca Massari, all forms of violence.
The episode shocked the entire city. From the great solidarity that the neighborhood expressed in the following years, the proposal of numerous residents was born, collected by Town Hall 5, to place a plaque in his memory at the site of the attack next to the tree planted a few years later and now already large.
