Exhibition "The March on Rome: The collapse of democracy in Italy"

The exhibition "The March on Rome: The collapse of democracy in Italy" set up in the exhibition rooms of the Risorgimento Museum, aims to illustrate to the general public, and in particular to the new generations, the historical moment in which, with the King's commission to Mussolini to form the new government, the first act of the fascist "revolution" took place.

Through the exhibition of images, newspapers, posters, photographs and documentary material of the time, the origins and evolution of the historical episode of the March on Rome, identifying the most relevant moments and aspects - on the occasion of the anniversary of this historical episode in which Nazi-fascism began the unstoppable path towards the violent and totalitarian conquest of power - starting from the immediately preceding years to arrive at the beginnings of the regime.

The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 17:30.
